This Modern class will include floor work to open and invigorate the body, standing warmup sequences to refine alignment and clarity of movement, traveling variations to explore spatial relationships and some phrase work to expand our movement vocabulary. Olivia's experience as a modern dancer, movement instructor and wellness coach inform a vigorous & inviting atmosphere for the experienced mover.
