Kait McFarlane is a Charlottesville-based dancer coming off of a years-long hiatus. After a lifetime of dance, she graduated from Goucher College in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Choreography and then ran away and joined the Army. Now that she’s back in the real world, she’s looking forward to engaging with dance with an intentional focus on artistry and expression. She feels most comfortable in a balletic contemporary vocabulary while prioritizing comfort and ease. Her favorite choreographic prompt is “fall…but make it pretty.”
